The opening weekend of finals in the Jersey Flegg Cup and NSW Women’s Premiership kicked off on Saturday as the road to the Grand Final began for the five remaining teams. The Newcastle Knights have booked their spot in next week's Major Semi-final with a hard-fought 26-20 win over the North Sydney Bears at Jubilee Stadium.
