NTI—a global security organization driving systemic solutions to nuclear, biological, and emerging technology threats imperiling humanity—is seeking a seasoned professional to shape and lead our new government relations department. The position—a vice president or senior director, depending on experience—will oversee the organization’s legislative and executive branch strategy and advocacy efforts, shaping and driving NTI’s policy agenda in the U.S. government.

Hiring pay range: $146,000 – $164,000 annual, dependent on prior experience and education. This position is eligible for health insurance benefits. The Nuclear Threat Initiative is seeking a Director, with a focus on Nuclear Energy, to join the Nuclear Materials Security (NMS) team. This position reports to the Vice President for NMS. This is a full-time hybrid position, working a minimum of three days a week in our Washington, DC office.
