Tech corner: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8
Some of you may know by now that I love anything tech. What you probably won’t know is that I watch a lot of sport, movies and spend probably far too much time on YouTube. So having a high-quality, good-sized screen on the go is pretty important to me. Recipe: Jalapeño and Cheddar Savouries
A wee confession: the filling here makes a tiny bit more than you need for the 24 savouries because it also makes a sensational toasted sandwich filling. An extra treat for the cook. Makes 24, use mini muffin tin 1 quantity Rough Puff Pastry 1 400ml milk ¼ onion 1 small bay leaf 50g butter 50g flour Salt Pepper 1½ heaped tbsp pickled jalapeños, roughly chopped ¾ cup grated cheddar cheese Place the milk, onion and bay leaf into a saucepan and bring up to scalding then turn off.
Recipe: Bolognese Hand Pies
This seems like it makes a great big batch, but trust me, you can easily eat a couple at a time, and they are a great size for kids.

Dramatic alpine scenery, spectacular landscapes and terrain carved by ancient glaciers, Wānaka represents the idyllic New Zealand postcard visual. Exploring this majestic landscape of peaks, ridges, saddles and valleys that surround two of the country’s largest lakes can be done on foot, by bike, helicopter, plane, boat, and of course behind the wheel of your car or RV – or perhaps a combination of all.
