OCL offers an approach to the entire industry. The journals and research articles published relate to agronomy, plant biology, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, lipochemistry, and cross-cutting themes such as food health/quality/safety, nutrition, the environment and the sustainable development, innovation and industrial processes or the economy and development.
