The Colchester Police Department said officers were called to a one-vehicle crash into a stone wall on Scott Hill Road around 10:10 p.m. Friday. At the scene, police said the truck was empty and the driver was “nowhere to be found.” Officer Dominic Sullivan used K-9 Dutch to track down the operator, who was found hiding in the woods about 100 yards away, according to police.
