II (Bleichroeder) on their completed business combination, resulting in Pasqal becoming a publicly traded company on Nasdaq. The transaction values Pasqal at a pre-money equity value of $2 billion and includes $200 million in committed convertible financing.
Ogier advises Apollo funds on easyJet purchase
Ogier is advising funds managed by Apollo on the Jersey law elements of the recommended cash acquisition of easyJet plc, a leading pan-European low-cost airline, in a transaction valuing the business at approximately £5.7 billion (US$7.7 billion). Ogier is working alongside Paul, Weiss, which is acting as lead legal adviser to the Apollo-managed funds.

Ogier’s Corporate team in Hong Kong has acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Instinct Bio, an integrated regenerative medicine and longevity company headquartered in Japan, on its US$288 million de-SPAC business combination with Relativity Acquisition Corp. The transaction resulted in Instinct Bio Technical Company Holdings Inc becoming a Nasdaq-listed company, with its ordinary shares and warrants commencing trading under the ticker symbols BIOT and BIOTW on 24 July 2026.
Ogier celebrates qualification of four new associates in Jersey
