Paramount Journal
VerifiedNewspaper
The Paramount Journal is the only community news source serving the city of Paramount and its surrounding neighborhoods. The paper’s long standing history began when it was founded in 1923.
In 2004, the newspaper was purchased by CommunityMedia Corp (CMC), publisher of 23 community newspapers in Southern California. Under CMC, the Paramount Journal has not only withstood the challenges that face newspapers in this era but continues to grow, add readership, increase local support and is continually expanding the distribution area to service the community and advertisers more effectively.
