Listening to CSPAN coverage of this morning’s House Hearing on USAID, I was especially vexed by the self-righteous bloviating of Congressman Bill Keating as he tried to perform a verbal sleight of hand trick by proclaiming that it’s “the Russians” who are the most notable critics of USAID, and that the Americans who wish to dismantle the baleful agency are infected by the same anti-Democratic spirit. Will the people of Massachusetts buy this deceptive nonsense?

I’m an MD. Very difficult to get even the most common sense meds for my patients. Endless Prior Authorizations with no approval- no way to reach an MD for a “peer to peer” review - and that’s just for simple meds! For anything complicated or big expensive procedures/ surgeries - much worse. No one in insurance or C-Suite of hospital has the medical knowledge to approve.
