The Trump administration has created a $1.8 billion MAGA slush fund that could send taxpayer money to Trump allies, donors, political operatives, former advisers, Republican lawmakers, and even violent January 6 insurrectionists. This fund is being sold as compensation for people who claim they were ‘mistreated’ by the federal government, but the details are outrageous.

Republicans are trying to ram through a partisan reconciliation bill that would pour tens of billions of dollars into ICE and CBP through the remainder of Trump’s term, while also including $1 billion in federal funding for Trump’s White House ballroom project. At a time when families are struggling with rising costs, Congress should be lowering prices, protecting health care, and helping people make ends meet, not funding cruelty, waste, and political theater.

Right now, House Republicans are deliberately stalling critical funding for essential agencies – including the Secret Service, TSA, and FEMA. Why? Because the MAGA fringe refuses to pass anything that doesn't include a massive, $140 billion blank check for ICE and CBP, with no guardrails to protect the American people from abuse. Instead of doing their job, Republican leadership is attempting to use the reconciliation process to bypass the bipartisan consensus that’s already been built.

House Republicans are fast tracking a dangerous voter suppression bill ahead of a crucial midterm election year. As early as next week, the House is expected to vote on H.R. 7296, the SAVE America Act, part of a renewed push to pass the SAVE Act in all its forms. This bill would make it far harder for millions of eligible Americans to vote.

Donald Trump is trying to stack the courts with MAGA enforcers who will help him defy the law and consolidate power. If the Senate confirms his nominees, it will destroy the independence of the judiciary and erase critical checks on his authority. Sign the petition to demand the Senate reject every Trump judicial nominee!

CONDEMN THE WEAPONIZATION OF THE DOJ: President Trump is once again weaponizing the Justice Department to attack his political enemies. He has demanded that Democratic donor and philanthropist George Soros – and his son – be charged with crimes, parroting baseless, conspiracy theories, many of which are grounded in vicious antisemitism. His real concern: the Soros philanthropy funds pro-democracy organizations that oppose the MAGA agenda.

Congress must force the Department of Justice to make the Epstein files public within 30 days. The truth belongs to the people – not to politicians trying to bury it. Donald Trump made a campaign promise: he said the public would see the Epstein files. Now that he’s back in power, the White House and GOP leadership are scrambling to bury the truth.

I urge you to reject any effort by President Trumps to extend his take over of Washington, DC’s police force. The federal government’s own data shows violent crime in DC is at its lowest point in more than 30 years – yet President Trump is spreading false claims of “rampant violent crime” to justify a blatant power grab. This takeover strips DC residents of their right to govern their own city and sets a dangerous precedent for overriding local control.

Donald Trump has nominated Fox News host Jeanine Pirro to be U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia – one of the most sensitive and consequential prosecutorial roles in the country. Pirro has repeatedly excused the January 6th attack, defended Trump’s pardons of convicted rioters, and attacked the DOJ prosecutors who brought those cases – including staff in the very office she now leads.

Donald Trump has nominated his former personal defense attorney Emil Bove to a lifetime seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. This is an extraordinarily troubling nomination. Bove helped Trump carry out his vendetta against federal prosecutors and FBI agents involved in investigating the January 6 insurrection.
