Physical and Health Education Canada (PHE Canada) is proud to celebrate another incredible year for the At My Best (AMB) program, with 8,012 teachers and school administrators now registered in the program, reaching 943,630 students. This year, 118 schools across the country registered for the culminating At My Best Play Day, with more than 35,219 students taking part in a day dedicated to movement, joy, and healthy living.
PHE Canada Applauds the Government of Canada's Investment in the Country's Sports System
PHE Canada was pleased to hear The Honourable Adam van Koeverden, Secretary of State (Sport), announce the Government of Canada’s historic $755 million investment over five years to strengthen the sports system. From playgrounds and schools to community sport programs across the country, this commitment has the potential to create more opportunities for children and youth to be active, develop confidence and life skills, and experience the benefits of safe, quality sport.
