Plain Chicken
Blog
Hello! Welcome to Plain Chicken where the recipes are anything but plain!
My name is Stephanie Parker, and I am the creator of Plain Chicken. I live in the Birmingham, AL area with my husband & three cats.
I started Plain Chicken WAY back in 2007 as a way to keep track of recipes.
I discovered food blogs were a thing on the internet and started making, creating and photographing recipes for myself. In 2012, I quit my corporate job and focused on Plain Chicken full-time. This blog is a reflection of what goes on every day in my kitchen. I don’t cook a lot of fancy food, but it is all good. Source
