Accenture A/S has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Mjølner Informatics A/S, a Danish software development and digitalisation company, from Norlys Group A/S. Plesner advised Accenture on the transaction. Mjølner Informatics specialises in software development and digitalisation services. Mjølner Informatics serves a number of Danish blue-chip customers, including within manufacturing and the energy and utilities sector.

The Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court has by judgment of 25 June acquitted Ørsted in Denmark's largest ever competition law damages case, involving more than 1,000 claimants and a combined damages claim exceeding EUR 1.5 billion. The case concerned an alleged abuse of dominance in the form of excessive prices on the wholesale electricity market in Western Denmark. Ørsted was acquitted already because the claimants had not established that Ørsted had charged excessive prices.
