Skip to main content News 14/09/2026 Tiago Duarte, a senior counsel at PLMJ and a lecturer at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP), has been appointed by the Portuguese government to the panel of arbitrators at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), which is part of the World Bank Group. The ICSID is the world's foremost international arbitration centre for disputes between investors and sovereign states.
