¡Presente! Media’s mission is to produce bilingual journalistic articles and documentaries focused on social justice. We address issues such as racial and immigrant justice, education equity, culture, and gender and LGBTQ equality. “¡Presente!” literally means “I’m here” and is a popular rally cry used throughout Latin American movements. Our work practice is rooted in community-focused journalism that centers the perspective and stories of those most impacted by social inequities. We aim to ensure that storytelling about Latinx communities is collaborative, accurate, and ensures that our voices and stories are “presente!”
