The ‘Boiler Tax’ – officially known as the Clean Heat Market Mechanism (CHMM) – penalises boiler manufacturers that fail to meet heat pump sales targets. But will this measure succeed in accelerating heat pump adoption, or will it introduce unintended consequences? Understanding the UK Boiler Tax Set to take effect in April 2025, the CHMM requires boiler manufacturers to sell a certain proportion of heat pumps relative to traditional gas boilers.

Starting a new job is always a little nerve-wracking, but my first few weeks at PRG have just flown by – in the best possible way. My first week launched in style: with a fun day out with our clients, Carrier and CIAT, at the Eastbourne air show, Airbourne. Watching the planes soar above the beach from our hospitality marquee, surrounded by the sound of jets and the stunning backdrop of the South Downs coastline, was the perfect way to bond with the team and connect with our lovely clients.
