Founded in 1953 and employing around 90 people, Goldrich operates a 68,000-sf manufacturing facility in Toronto. Its offering consists primarily of folding carton packaging, mainly for the food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics sectors. For its last fiscal year, Goldrich generated sales of approx. $30 million.

Muller Martini’s regional sales manager Frank Donnelly retired June 30, 2026, concluding a 45-year career in the printing and finishing industry and nearly two decades with Muller Martini. Donnelly’s career began on the production floor as a general labourer feeding pockets in a bindery. Through dedication, technical expertise, and leadership, he advanced to operator, supervisor, bindery manager, and ultimately pressroom manager.

Konica Minolta releases the AccurioPress C5080 Series, a new line of entry-level production presses. The AccurioPress C5080 Series includes the AccurioPress C5080 (81 ppm), AccurioPress C5070 (71 ppm) and AccurioPrint C5065 (65 ppm). The new platform replaces the AccurioPress C4080 Series and introduces enhanced automation and workflow features.

Ontario-based APD Printing installs a second HP Indigo 18K press. The new press allows continuous production during preventive and corrective maintenance, thereby helping reduce downtime while increasing order processing capacity. This year’s entries were evaluated by a panel of experts who considered each submission’s innovation, functionality, and industry impact. The judges awarded a total of 71 awards, categorized as follows: 25 Output winners, 32 Non-Output winners, and 14 Technology winners.
