A 5-month-old infant has died from injuries sustained in an alleged assault by his father. The baby's father, Nathan Travis Nunnally, now faces a felony homicide charge. The infant was found unresponsive and suffering from injuries caused by excessive shaking. Hopewell Police say charges against a man accused of assaulting his 5-month-old infant son almost 10 days ago have been upgraded after the baby died of his injuries.

The Lake Tahoe mansion of one of the original members of The Beach Boys is for sale, and it's definitely got some good vibrations. Beach Boys co-founder Mike Love and his wife, Jacquelyne, are listing their nearly 20,000-square-foot estate for $43 million, according to reporting from the Reno Gazette Journal, part of the USA TODAY Network. Love has owned the home on the northeast side of Lake Tahoe, located roughly 115 miles northeast of Sacramento, California, for more than four decades.
