IOR event to explore extreme heat resilience

Cold chain specialists beat efficiency targets
CCA scheme sets out 10% improvement goal by the end of 2024 The energy efficiency target is part of the governments voluntary Climate Change Agreement (CCA) scheme, which is managed by the Cold Chain Federation on behalf of cold chain operators. To meet with the CCA requirements, participating cold chain facilities had to improve their energy efficiency by 6.67% against a 2018 baseline by the end of 2022, the Federation said.
