Ruth Rouse
Funeral services for Ruth Rouse, 90, were held on July 14, at Wilson – Orwosky Funeral Home. Mrs. Rouse died on July 9, 2026, in Sulphur Springs. She was born on September 5, 1935, to Orville and Maxine Hooker in Kokomo, Indiana. She worked for Disney for 25 years, shaping magical experiences for countless families and helping to open Animal Kingdom at Disney World. She later worked for Disney Cruise lines. She worked tirelessly to raise her son, John, on her own.
Natalia Doelves
An inurnment service for Natalia Cardoza Doelves, 84, of Emory, will be held on Friday, July 24, at 3:00 p.m., at Dallas – Forth Worth National Cemetery. Mrs. Doelves died on July 8, 2026, at her home in Rains County. She was born on August 26, 1941, to Jesus and Luce Cardoza. She was one of fourteen siblings and leaves behind a legacy of compassion, fierce advocacy and ability to see the inherent worth in every person she met.
