Welcome to Tangle. This is Senior Editor Will Kaback, and today, we’re rounding out our week of regular editions with the opening case of the Supreme Court’s new term. I spent yesterday afternoon reading through the transcript of oral arguments and was struck — as I usually am — by how issues that seem dry and technical on the surface come alive when they’re interrogated by the high court’s nine (well, in this case, eight) justices.
