The Traitors’ season four’s Maura Higgins and Rob Rausch will host Peacock’s new version of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, tentatively titled Get Me Out of Here. You may recall that I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! has been attempted twice in the US: on ABC in 2003, and NBC in 2009. ABC’s version faded fast, while the NBC version was consumed by Heidi and Spencer trying to get attention—though the show’s winner, Survivor fan Lou Diamond Phillips, told me he didn’t think they were acting.

Treat Williams’s IMDb “top four” – that block at the top of an IMDb entry that tells you which properties folks search for the most – is, in a word, weird. Hair is there, but then the others are, like, mid-nineties action stuff; no Everwood, no Prince Of The City. So it’s hard to tell from that whether we might expect Williams to score high on the Best Evidence True-Crime Résumé Percentage…what legendary genre material we’ve all forgotten.

Christian Siriano is one of the few parts of Freeform’s Project Runway that makes sense: a talented designer who started on this very show, and thus brings valuable perspective and credibility as the contestants’ mentor. Even when he’s demanding they make a change, he’s trying to help, giving them actionable advice so they can act in the limited timeframe they have.

The 1990s was a formative decade for me—and for television, which spanned from the end of The Golden Girls, birthed modern reality TV in The Real World, and ended with Who Wants to be a Millionaire. Yet I don’t know what ’90s design is beyond the marvel of The Real World houses and their explosion of colors and rooms overstuffed with Ikea furniture, or the angular graphic design of the Saved by the Bell titles.

ABC announced the Dancing with the Stars 35 cast of stars and the pros they’ll be paired with. This fall, that includes quite a few 9/11 retrospectives, since it’s been 25 years, plus documentaries about Dennis Miller on Monday Night Football, Sesame Street muppets’ visit to an elephant sanctuary, Stone Age art, and O.J.’s cancelled prank reality TV show.
