Many in the Black community adored late country legend Dolly Parton. “And of course Black lives matter. Do we think our little White a$$e$ are the only ones that matter? No.” Statements like that are why country legend Dolly Parton always mattered to many in the Black community. And that empathy is why many of the Black community mourned the passing of Parton from cancer as if they had lost their favorite aunt or grandmother.

(Todd A. Smith) Target, what in the world is wrong with you guys? First, you let President Donald Trump punk you into eliminating your diversity programs, therefore losing many Black customers. Then you alienate Black Americans again by selling racist Halloween costumes. The Halloween mistake is a prime reason for diversity because more diverse voices in the boardroom would have let you know that all hell was about to break loose on Target again.

Historically, the Harlem Globetrotters allowed Black basketball players the opportunity to show their true talent when they were not allowed to shine on White teams.
