The sweeping cost-cutting plan could have major implications for Porsche’s future sports cars, EVs, and combustion models. Volkswagen Group recently announced the most extensive transformation program in their history. The Future Plan 2030 includes eliminating 50,000 jobs, cutting their product portfolio in half, and reducing model complexity by 75 percent.

Intro Porsche has always been exceptionally good at making you want the next model up. The Carrera is great, but wouldn't you rather have the Carrera S? The Cayman is brilliant, but surely the GT4 is better. And if you can afford a GT3, why not stretch for the GT3 RS? Developed by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, the special edition pays tribute to the company’s history of attacking the winding roads and hill climbs of the Alps. It is based on the 911 GT3 Touring and will be limited to just 100 examples.

The new 911 GT3 100 Jahre Nürburgring is a limited-edition version of the current 992-generation GT3 created by Porsche Deutschland, with production capped at just 100 cars. The catch for American enthusiasts is that all 100 examples are allocated to the German market.
