A murder suspect was found hiding under a bathroom sink in a Whitestown apartment Tuesday afternoon, authorities confirmed. James P. Clark, 38, of Muncie was wanted on a preliminary charge of murder. Indiana State University is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the purchase and redevelopment of the former University Apartments property on South Third Street.
