Romský Bašavel se za uplynulých sedm let stal oblíbenou kulturní událostí Městské části Praha 4 a místem, kde se setkávají lidé různých generací i kulturních prostředí. Letošní open air ročník chce na tuto tradici navázat a současně oslovit ještě širší veřejnost. Hlavní hvězdou festivalu bude legendární romská skupina Kale, která patří mezi nejvýraznější jména české romské hudební scény.

O Romech píší v negativním slova smyslu méně než dříve, ale je to i tím, že o Romech vůbec informují méně.

What was missing was deeper insight into the connection of this issue with the state of Czech society and democracy per se.
