The Atherton Police Department is investigating whether there may be additional victims connected to a Menlo College student accused of raping a 12-year-old girl in his dorm room. As first reported by The Almanac, Menlo College student Andres Aguilar, 19, has been charged with three felonies for allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl on the Atherton campus on May 5 after he allegedly gave her alcohol and marijuana.
