Hexnode has launched a bidirectional integration between its UEM platform and ServiceNow Incident Management, aimed at bringing endpoint management tasks into IT service workflows. The integration connects device and user data from Hexnode with ServiceNow's Configuration Management Database, allowing service teams to view endpoint information within incident records.

Rackspace Technology and Palantir have launched an operating framework for regulated and sovereign enterprises using artificial intelligence in production. It combines Rackspace infrastructure with Palantir's Foundry and AIP software. Rackspace will serve as a preferred operator for on-premises, private cloud and sovereign deployments in sectors including healthcare, financial services and energy.

Keeper Security has reached USD $225 million in annual recurring revenue, a milestone for its identity security business. Annual recurring revenue has more than tripled since 2021, and the cyber security company now serves more than 95,000 organisations, including large companies and public sector agencies. The growth comes as businesses face a sharp rise in the number of digital identities they must manage across staff, systems and software.

1Kosmos has expanded its partnership with Microsoft as an Entra Verified ID services and solution partner, with a focus on remote onboarding and digital identity checks. The arrangement links 1Kosmos identity-proofing tools with Microsoft Entra Verified ID, which issues and verifies digital credentials. Lorum has appointed Dr. Hartwig Gerhartinger as Chief Legal, Risk and Compliance Officer as the financial infrastructure company expands those teams. Permiso has launched a Risk Score Engine for identity security that assigns risk scores to human, machine and AI identities across an organisation's environment. The system generates three outputs: Identity Risk Scores, Session Scores and Organisation Risk Scores. Identity Risk Scores help security teams rank which identities present the greatest risk. Session Scores flag activity that may need immediate investigation.

HackerOne has joined Project Glasswing, Anthropic's controlled-access programme for Claude Mythos 5, placing the cyber security company among a small group testing frontier AI for cyber defence. Under the arrangement, HackerOne will use Claude Mythos 5 on its own infrastructure and products while measuring how the model performs across the continuous threat exposure management workflow.

Automated bots now generate most web traffic, and agentic AI traffic has risen 7,851% year on year, according to Decodo. That shift creates a new dilemma for businesses that block bots by default. Its analysis found bots accounted for 57.4% of all web requests, compared with 42.6% from human users. AI-driven traffic grew by 187% during 2025, about eight times faster than human traffic over the same period. The figures suggest businesses may need to rethink how they treat automated visitors.

Google Cloud has put Cloud Run sandboxes into public preview. The service is designed to run untrusted code and AI agent workloads inside Cloud Run. It lets developers create isolated execution environments within existing Cloud Run service instances, rather than building separate sandboxing systems with container clusters or using specialist microVM services.
