An affiliate of private equity fund Angelo Gordon & Co. sold the BelAire at Boca Raton apartments for $64.02 million. BelAire Owner LLC, an affiliate of Angelo Gordon, sold the 388 units at 22511 S.W. 66th Ave. to PRCP-Boca Raton LLC, an affiliate of West Palm Beach-based Priderock Capital Partners. Keybank provided a 15-year, $47.2 million mortgage to the buyer. While the property is operated as apartments, the units have been divided individually into condos. The price equated to $165,000 per unit.
