BLIS Technologies Limited (BLIS) delivered revenue of $5.1m, for the first quarter ended 30 June 2026 (1Q27), an increase of $1.5m, or up 42%, on the same period last year. 1Q27 EBITDA was a $1.1m profit compared to a $0.2m loss for 1Q26. The 1Q27 financial information is unaudited and in New Zealand dollars. B2B revenue was up 67% on 1Q26 driven by ingredient growth in Asia Pacific, strong Probi royalties and private label sales into China, partially offset by weaker ingredient revenue in Europe.
SKL - Skellerup delivers record earnings
Revenue growth in international markets delivered an outstanding year for Skellerup, generating record normalised net profit after tax (NPAT) of $64.2 million, an 18 per cent increase over the prior year. Highlights for the year ended 30 June 2026 • Revenue of $390.1 million, up 10% on the prior comparative period (pcp) • Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) of $94.1 million including a non-recurring gain of $4.8 million principally arising from insurance proceeds for damaged equipment.

NZX - NZX Board appoints Hishaam Mirza as Chief Executive
Mr Mirza is a highly regarded financial services executive with a successful career in investments and corporate development. He has worked both in New Zealand and overseas with IBM, BP, Lazard, EDF Energy, and NZ Super.
