SAF Files Amicus Brief in Massachusetts Challenging Carry Permit Denials The Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) and its partners have filed an amicus brief with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in Pratt v. Westbrook, a case challenging subjective carry permit denials.
