Body Cameron Thomas Hughes, 31, of Lumberton, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2025. He was born in Houston to Stacey Lynn Reynolds Hughes and Royce Wayne Hughes Jr. A lifelong resident of Lumberton, he was a 2012 graduate of LHS and was currently employed with Mason Construction. Memorial service was Tuesday, May 27 at Crestwood Baptist Church in Kountze. Cremation was under the direction of Broussard’s Mortuary in Silsbee.

Body David Cravy, 62, of Fred, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at his home. He was born in Kountze to Tom Oliver and Doris Marie Bussey Cravy. He worked in the construction industry as a painter, welder, and inspector. Funeral service was Saturday, May 24 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with burial following at Franks Branch Cemetery in Fred.

Body Wilson B. “Ben” Brinson, 93, of Lumberton, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. He was born in Beaumont to John M. Brinson and Maggie Collins Brinson. He was a United States Air Force Korean War veteran. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 29 at Broussard’s Mortuary in Silsbee with burial following at R.S. Farmer Memorial Cemetery in Silsbee. Military Honors will be conducted by the Southeast Texas Veterans Service Group.
