5 min read Published On February 18, 2025 Just a short journey from Zurich, Geneva is easily accessible whether you’re arriving from the airport or Zurich’s central station. A direct high-speed train from Zurich Airport takes about 2 hours and 45 minutes, offering a scenic ride through Switzerland’s countryside. For those in the city, frequent departures from Zurich Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) make it just as convenient.
estiatorio Milos
estiatorio Milos, a Greek restaurant by world-renowned chef and restaurateur Costas Spiliadis, has opened its first Asian outpost at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. This upscale 155-seat establishment draws inspiration from the Cyclades, with natural tones and sculptural Grecian urns and artefacts decorating the capacious space. At the heart of the restaurant is its striking ‘fish market,’ showcasing 15 varieties of wild-caught fish air-flown daily from the Mediterranean.
The world-famous dining destination soars above the city on the 52nd floor of Capital Tower, serving up Japanese, Peruvian and Brazilian cuisines and spectacular 360-degree views. The 12,000-square-foot restaurant, designed by acclaimed architectural firm KokaiStudios is lush and tropical, with a dramatic 3D printed bamboo installation that wraps around the space.
Once a private barroom exclusively reserved for the loyal Luke’s Oyster Bar and Chophouse clientele, the intimate speakeasy has now flung open its doors to the rest of us. Tucked behind a discrete facade on Amoy Street, the 30-seater gleams with Jazz Age opulence, featuring a polished chequered floor and a leather-wrapped curved ceiling. Expect perfectly executed Big Apple classics like USDA Prime ribeye, crisp crab cakes, and some of the best martinis in town.
Mizue - SilverKris
Kissaten cafe by day, relaxed wine bar by night, Mizue (Japanese kanji for water) is a new Club Street dual-concept venue. Head Chef Vikern Chua curates two different menus to match the time of day: brunch-friendly bites like a Japanese-style braised pork belly Cubano during the day, and sharing plates such as whipped burrata with frozen Momotaro tomato after sundown. Pasta, however, proves to be his specialty.
East47 - SilverKris
Inspired by Andy Warhol’s Silver Factory, East47 is an exclusive, 12-seater bijou cocktail studio tucked away in Manhattan Bar. Lustrous metallic walls, modernist Breuer chairs and Barovier & Toso Opera Venetian crystal lights create an opulent yet intimate atmosphere. It’s the perfect backdrop for the bar’s progressive cocktail and culinary program that reflects Warhol’s boundary-pushing spirit.
C.O.T.U - SilverKris
A massive, first-of-its-kind nightlife venue, C.O.T.U (Centre of the Universe) houses five distinct F&B concepts spread over 18,000 square feet. The lift opens up directly into Little Birdie, an experiential cocktail bar serving high-concept cocktails. You’ll have time for a quick aperitif here before dinner at Enso beckons. Led by executive chef Alex Craciun, the modern Japanese steakhouse is making a name for its succulent house-aged steaks and signature pressed sushi.
ANTO pizza e aperitivi
Renowned bartender Giancarlo Mancino and master pizzaiolo Antonio Brancato team up to bring us an unpretentious pizza bar built on simplicity and authenticity. The pizzas are all made with Molino Dallagiovanna flour from North Italy, which results in a light, airy dough. Try the Rocco, a simple mozzarella, potatoes and fresh rosemary pizza, which allows each of the ingredients to shine.
Aniba - SilverKris
Hidden in plain sight, along the buzzing Singapore River, is a restaurant and bar offering sophisticated Middle Eastern flavours layered with Asian influences. Arriving via the private lift feels like stepping into a different world, where you’re greeted with a curving wall of oversized bronze scales and warm, atmospheric lighting.
Baia - SilverKris
Perched on the fourth floor of the iconic Esplanade Mall, ilLido Group’s Baia is a sophisticated rooftop lounge offering panoramic views of the Marina Bay waterfront. Inspired by, and named after the ancient Italian resort city, the bar evokes a sense of timeless luxury and relaxation, with elegant hues of maroon, gold and green. Sip on cocktails, designed in partnership with Proof & Co, like the Singapolitan – a refreshing blend of Brass Lion gin, plum wine, salted strawberry, and prosecco.
