Mayor Jennifer Coughlin “revoked the appointment” of Stacey Forfar in early June, only nine months after Forfar had been hired by Coughlin using the same discretion afforded the mayor under the Municipal Act. According to a schedule provided to Simcoe.com, Forfar will receive a paycheque from the township until the end of 2027.
