Today, Reebok are preparing a fresh, chic venture with legendary Parisian label Celine.

Big sneaker-biz news landed over the weekend, with Nike named among the handful of companies to be removed from the S&P 100 index before trading opens on September 21. It marks the end of the Swoosh’s close-to-18-year run within this elite group of US companies. The S&P 100 is an index which follows the market value of the top 100 US businesses – the cream drawn off the top of the S&P’s regular 500-strong index (which covers around 80 per cent of the total US stock market value).
