LA PLATA, Maryland — SpaceX Starlink said the biggest safety risk in low Earth orbit to its constellation and to other operators is the refusal of satellite owners to share data on their satellites’ ephemeris data on satellite positioning and planned maneuvers. LA PLATA, Maryland — The SAR satellite production joint venture Rheinmetall Iceye Space Solutions GmbH, created with a 40-satellite order from the German military, has begun production at its Neuss, Germany, site, the two companies announced Oct. 6.
