A Nevada District Judge has stricken the motion filed by 90 Day Fiancé star Patrick Mendes alleging his wife Thais Mendes had an affair prior to their separation in May. As Starcasm was the first to report, Patrick filed a motion last week in his divorce case in which he stated Thais had an affair that he learned about in April. He also claimed in the motion that Thais “grabbed a knife and threatened” him with it “all while holding” their daughter Aleesi.

Casey Johnson, the father of Unexpected dad Hunter Johnson, pleaded guilty to assault in Arkansas court on Tuesday. Starcasm can exclusively reveal Casey pleaded guilty to an amended charge of 2nd degree assault of a family or household member. As part of the plea deal, the charge of 3rd degree endangering the welfare of a child was dropped. The court will not accept Casey’s plea for 90 days.
