The business combination agreement to purchase Delivery Hero was negotiated by Uber Technologies (UBER), who aims to expand further. The objective of this action is to broaden the mobility and delivery platform to 99 markets, with a combined pro forma gross bookings of $236 billion in 2025. The voluntary takeover offer states that for every share of Delivery Hero, Uber will pay €41.50.
