The Division of Codes and Standards, which is part of the state’s Department of Community Affairs, adopted the 2024 NSPC with state-specific amendments on Aug. 17.

Midland Industries announced its acquisition of Pegasus Supply Group, LLC (“Pegasus”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Pegasus is a supplier of industrial and electronic connection products, including cable ties, wire harnesses, heat shrink products, and related maintenance and repair products. The company also provides value-added services such as wire harness and cable assembly, engineering and technical support, and custom cutting and marking.

Bath and Kitchen Pro The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) officially opened online registration and housing today for the 2027 NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS). The show returns to Las Vegas where it will make its permanent home. IBS 2027 will take place Feb. 2-4, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, where it will again co-locate with the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s (NKBA) Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) for the 14th Annual Design & Construction Week (DCW).

Lubbock, Texas-based SIMFLO, a provider of industrial, municipal, commercial, and agricultural-use vertical and submersible turbine pumps, announced its selection for a municipal project in Central America to supply water infrastructure to multiple cities. The project involves supplying high-efficiency vertical turbine pump bowl assemblies to support well construction and scheduled municipal water system maintenance across El Salvador.
