Amtrol: 3-7% increase on residential and non-residential products, effective September 1. Guardian: Average 6% increase on all products, effected September 1. Kunkle: General 4.3% increase on all products, effective September 1.

Midland Industries Acquires Pegasus Supply Group
Midland Industries announced its acquisition of Pegasus Supply Group, LLC (“Pegasus”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Pegasus is a supplier of industrial and electronic connection products, including cable ties, wire harnesses, heat shrink products, and related maintenance and repair products. The company also provides value-added services such as wire harness and cable assembly, engineering and technical support, and custom cutting and marking.

Lubbock, Texas-based SIMFLO, a provider of industrial, municipal, commercial, and agricultural-use vertical and submersible turbine pumps, announced its selection for a municipal project in Central America to supply water infrastructure to multiple cities. The project involves supplying high-efficiency vertical turbine pump bowl assemblies to support well construction and scheduled municipal water system maintenance across El Salvador.
