ZETA SURGICAL has announced that its Zeta TMS Robotic System has received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The device is classified as a Class II stereotaxic instrument under 21 CFR 882.4560 and product codes SGE and QFF (K261471). Transcranial magnetic stimulation, or TMS, is a non-invasive therapy used primarily for treatment-resistant depression, which affects approximately one-third of patients with major depressive disorder.

Alva Industries has secured €16 million in equity financing to support the company’s industrial scale-up and international growth. The round is led by Nysnø Climate Investments, Sandwater and Emerald Technology Ventures, on behalf of Nabtesco Technology Ventures. Further funding participation from existing investors, including Statkraft Ventures and EnvisionTech. Samsung Ventures’ investment from December 2025 is converted into shares as part of the round.

Moon Surgical and Uncovr have announced the first 20 patients whose surgeries were supported by automated operative reporting on the Maestro® Platform, powered by Moon Surgical’s recently released Software Version 2.7. The procedures were performed at Institut Arnaud Tzanck in Nice by Dr. Benjamin Cadiere, Dr. Maxime Fournier, and Dr. Georges Debs. Across these initial procedures, automated operative reports were generated directly from live laparoscopic video.
