Registration is officially open for the 2026 Fiberglass Mat Technology Forum, taking place October 5–7 in Charlotte, NC. This year's forum brings together manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, mill managers, and researchers from across the wet-laid fiberglass mat industry for three days of technical sessions, exclusive facility tour, and meaningful networking.

As part of ongoing efforts to maintain and improve TAPPI Standards and Technical Information Papers (TIPs), volunteers gathered during the Standards & TIPs Hack-A-Thon at TAPPICon 2026 to review technical resources, evaluate industry needs, and advance work across several key subject areas. Representing more than 20 organizations, participants reviewed 18 Standards and TIPs spanning stock preparation, paper and board manufacturing, tissue testing, drying systems, and process operations.

TAPPI is seeking nominations for its most prestigious awards that will be presented in 2027 and for the Board of Directors.
