US technology major Salesforce on Monday launched SMB Growth Kit in India, a bundled offering combining its AI-powered Agentforce Sales platform, Slack and Tableau, as the CRM giant looks to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption among the country's small and medium businesses. The offering is designed to help SMBs replace fragmented business applications with a single platform that integrates customer relationship management, workplace collaboration and business analytics.
