Techopian was founded by Michael Baxter in 2020 and relaunched in collaboration with Rob Hughes in January 2021.
Both successful in their own right, having been involved in numerous publications, analyst houses and technology firms over the past 25 years, their common interest in ethical business drew them together. The world of technology has constantly sped up over this period, moving from the advent of the internet towards advancing technologies such as artificial intelligence. Both Hertz and Uber have been busy ordering Teslas, Tesla as a service is emerging, and it is the shape of things to come. When the upfront cost is high but the running cost low, folks look to share and pay as they go. This is why the cloud model is so successful— it has transformed IT, turning it from an overhead to a variable cost, something you can make hot or cold and turn on and off like a kitchen tap. According to a survey from EY, hybrid working has led to increased productivity and improved company culture. is out—produced from an anonymous survey of 500 US business leaders, and it turns out that hybrid working is, well, it is working. For one thing, 87 per cent of companies say the pandemic has changed the office's role for their organisation. Secondly, fifty-seven per cent of business leaders say productivity is better today than it was pre-pandemic.
