Backstage at Paolina Russo Spring/Summer '27
Unveiled on August 4, the collection traces back to the London-based designer’s grandparents’ home, recalling a summer spent sewing lone-star quilts by day and skating at the park by night. Entitled “Lone Star,” that adolescent optimism and free spirit comes through in sun-faded hues and geometric denim prints inspired by traditional quilt patterns.

The New Heirloom: How SIDIA’s Erin Kleinberg Is Rethinking Fragrance and Bodycare
“Nowstalgia,” or nostalgia for the now, has become something of a design principle for Kleinberg, who fuses tradition and modernity through SIDIA. You can sense it starting from the packaging: a heritage, heirloom-feeling logo that deliberately splits from the interchangeable minimalism of social media-forward brands. In a beauty and fragrance industry that increasingly markets scent as status and opulence, Kleinberg argues for something more intimate.
Off-Season Light in the Aegean: Staying at Phaea Blue
Words & Photography: Matylda Sala My partner and I arrived in the early hours after an overnight flight from London, via Athens, the landscape still soft-edged with morning haze. On the drive to Phaea Blue—a private Cretan estate and member of Small Luxury Hotels—we watched stretches of quiet coastline and inland green unfold, the kind of green you only see before the heat flattens everything into gold.
Meryll Rogge's Spring/Summer '27 Collection Is Built to Be Lived In
After passing through a handful of rooms in the front of the residence, which maintained all of its original decor spanning back to the mid 1700s, a salmon and beige sign laid atop a grand piano welcoming visitors to Rogge’s latest offering. Instead of a typical showroom, the Belgian designer presented her collection as a series of flat lays.
