ESSEX FELLS - Police Chief Darren Volker hung two special plaques on Wednesday, July 22 which honor the men and women who have served the Essex Fells Police Department throughout the years. CALDWELL - Grover Cleveland Park will provide free Wi-Fi access in its Pond House area, thanks to a collaboration between the Rotary Club of the Caldwells and the Grover Cleveland Park Conservancy (GCPC) as of Tuesday, July 28. CALDWELL - At its Tuesday, July 21 meeting, the borough council introduced several ordinances, including a change to the municipal code to provide tax relief for disabled veterans.
