Hi, so basically I started my course last september (2025) and I had applied for the maximum sfe, however my parents did not support my application at the time, fast forward to now they are saying they will however when my mum goes to her account it says “financial information no longer required” which i think is due to the fact that my sfe was already been approved september and my dad is unable to sign into his account, now im unsure if I should call Sfe or if I should just fill out the...

Original post by magnamacbi To be honest, I absolutely suck at languages and much prefer maths and science. Im at like a rough grade 5 in spanish, compared to 7s and 8s in maths/science and obviously its pretty close to the exam now. How can I improve this? even if its just to a six, it stands out too much as a 5.

I love setting myself New Year’s Resolutions: even if I don’t stick to them for the entire year, I always feel like I’ve bettered myself in some small way that adds up in the long run. My New Year’s resolution this year is to practice yoga at least once a day.

Hi there, Are you currently on a full time undergraduate course and only have one year of previous study? When would your new course start and would it be full time or part time? What university would you attend, what is the full name of the course and how many years does the course last? Thanks, Drew

Hi, I’m in year 11 and I’m sitting the aptitude test for Surrey Maths School on Saturday. Over the Christmas holidays I’ve done a lot of GCSE maths and Further maths as well as some intermediate maths challenge questions but I was wondering if anyone had any advice for other ways to prepare or any info about the school itself and what it’s like there?

After I took my LNAT in early December, I realised that I never inputed my UCAS number on my Pearson account, so about 5 hours after the test I added it. I know they send the score off to the unis (Glasgow and UCL are my selected unis that need an lnat result) in the 24 hours after the test, but because they didn’t have a UCAS number before my test I’m wondering if it was just never sent to them.
