Jamie Eats: The Marana Dine and Discover challenge ends with delicious cheesesteaks
I can see the finish line ahead of me. It’s fourth down and inches, and I’m on the 6-yard line; I just need to call a tush push to get me to the end. When it comes to tush pushes, there’s only one place to look to: Philadelphia. Which is exactly why I’m ending my exciting journey with a classic cheesesteak. I need one more local spot to chow down at to complete my Marana Dine and Discover Challenge and win my Vince Lombardi trophy, aka a super cute Marana-themed T-shirt.
$25 Challenge: Snacks, squishies, and sweet treats at Miracle Mini Mart
With the seemingly never-ending construction on Grant Road, I’ve found myself driving down Miracle Mile more often than usual. I’d passed Miracle Mini Mart a few times without giving it much thought. Then, it showed up on my TikTok feed. My feed was filled with videos of people showing off mystery squishies, snack hauls and shelves packed with treats I'd never seen before. It was only a matter of time before I stopped in myself. This week, I stopped by Miracle Mini Mart, 902 W.
