Nepal Republic Media, First Media House to Issue IPO Shares to Nepalese Employed Abroad and General Public
Kathmandu: Nepal Republic Media Limited (NRML) has announced plans to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for its shares to Nepalese citizens working abroad and the general public. The media company will be offering 35,25,930 unit shares with a face value of Rs 100 to the general public from 26th Jestha to 30th Jestha, 2080. Meanwhile, 4,35,300 units of IPO shares have been allocated for Nepalese citizens working abroad, and the issue will be open from 31st Baisakh to 14th Jestha, 2080.
Ghalemdi Hydro Limited (GHL) Proposes to Issue 200% Right Shares to the Shareholders
Kathmandu: The 9th Annual General Meeting of Ghalemdi Hydro Limited (GHL) has passed a resolution to issue 1:2 ratio i.e. 200 percent rightful shares. The proposal was passed by the General Assembly held at Sasa Banquet, New Market on Saturday under the chairmanship of the company’s chairman Kishore Subedi.

SEBON permits to issue an IPO of City Hotel
Kathmandu: The Nepal Securities Board (SEBON) has granted permission to City Hotel Limited to issue an IPO. The board has allowed the hotel to issue IPO on 5th Chaitra. The hotel will issue 1,674,000 shares at a nominal price of Rs 100 per share, i.e. shares worth Rs 16 crore 74 lakh. Currently, the paid-up capital of the hotel is 1 Arba 50 crore 66 lakh rupees.

Therefore, the company will now open the IPO of 2 lakh 3 thousand 380 shares at the price of Rs 100. After the permission of the board, the issue of IPO will be done soon. Sunrise Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
