TRENTON, NJ — A Toms River man is among 455 people who have been charged in a nationwide Medicaid fraud bust announced by the U.S. Department of Justice. Michael Servon, 43, has been charged in a federal indictment with health care claims fraud, Medicaid fraud, and theft by deception in connection with an alleged scheme to defraud Medicaid by billing for services not rendered under the Personal Preference Program, authorities said.
