Savills and CSquared Real Estate, has advised the landlord on two new office lettings at One Portwall Square in Bristol to Turley Associates and QBE, taking the building to 85% let. The government has confirmed a major local government reorganisation that will expand Brighton & Hove’s boundary to include East Saltdean, Telscombe and Peacehaven, bringing these communities together under a new local authority area from 1 April 2028. A shadow council will be elected in May 2027 to oversee the transition, with existing services continuing as they do today until the new authority formally takes over.
