It can help create more equal learning opportunities, foster digital skills, and support better educational  outcomes. In Argentina’s Neuquén Province, UNOPS is working with the provincial government to upgrade the technological infrastructure of public schools to create modern, stimulating learning environments for 250,000 students and 30,000 teachers.
